After the introduction of the Freelux Dimmable CFL we introduce the Freelux EcoTouch Dimmer.
The Freelux EcoTouch Dimmer is designed to dim ordinary CFL Bulbs creating a warmer and cosier atmosphere, and reducing energy consumption at the same time.
The Freelux EcoTouch Dimmer is suitable for almost all regular CFL brands and models up to 20 W*.When you touch the dimmer at the dimming symbol with a finger, the lamp will start at maximum level. A next longer touch will dim the lamp till the desired level is reached. A short touch will switch the lamp off.
The latest dimming level is stored in the dimmer's memory and will become active within 10 seconds after dimmer start. This helps in achieving a longer lifetime for the CFL, as CFLs need to start at full capacity.
The dimmer saves more than 50% energy costs when dimming.
